Is the Free tier really free?
Yes. The Free tier has no expiration date and requires no credit card. You can track up to 10 active applications, save up to 10 opportunities, manage up to 2 uploaded resume files (with unlimited external links), use 1 free ATS resume PDF export, and access your full pipeline and interview calendar indefinitely.
What does Pro unlock?
Pro transforms Trakkira into a high-capacity job search intelligence system. It expands your workspace to 2,000 active applications, 2,000 saved jobs, and 50 resume versions, unlocks our deterministic Job-Specific Resume Match scoring engine, provides the ATS Resume Builder with unlimited vector PDF exports, and unlocks deep funnel and resume conversion analytics.
How does recurring billing work?
Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis via Razorpay. Monthly plans renew every 30 days at ₹399. Annual plans renew once per year at ₹3,499 (a 27% savings compared to monthly). You will receive an invoice and confirmation for every transaction.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Account Settings. There are no cancellation fees, contracts, or lock-in periods.
What happens when Pro is cancelled?
When you cancel, your Pro features remain fully active until the end of your current billing period. After the billing period concludes, your account gracefully transitions back to the Free tier. None of your historical applications or resumes are deleted.
What happens to data above Free limits if I downgrade?
We never hold your data hostage or delete records without your explicit consent. If you have more than 10 applications, 10 saved jobs, or 2 uploaded resumes when downgrading to Free, all your existing records remain safely preserved and accessible in read mode. You simply cannot add new records until your active count fits within the Free limit.
What payment methods are supported?
Through Razorpay, we support major Indian and international debit/credit cards, UPI autopay, Net Banking, and popular wallets. All payment transactions are securely processed with 256-bit encryption.
