1. Information We Collect

We collect information directly from you when you register, configure your account, track job applications, and upload career documents:

• Account & Authentication Information: Your email address, password credentials securely processed and hashed by Supabase Auth, and profile name.
• Job Application Records: Company names, job titles, application status stages (e.g., Applied, Screening, Interview, Offer), salary/compensation targets, posting URLs, referral notes, and interview dates.
• Saved Opportunities: Target role requirements, notes, job descriptions, and bookmarking timestamps.
• Resumes & Career Documents: Uploaded resume files (PDF, DOCX) and structured career data (such as work experience, education, and skills) created within the Trakkira ATS Resume Builder.
• Job Match Data: Text snapshots of job descriptions you submit for analysis, extracted technical keywords and requirements, and match scoring breakdown results.
• Interview & Calendar Data: Scheduled interview dates, times, event types, meeting links or locations, and personal preparation notes.
• Billing & Subscription Metadata: When you subscribe to Trakkira Pro, your payment transactions are processed by our third-party payment processor. We store only subscription state identifiers, customer identifiers, plan identifiers, billing period dates, and status. We do not store full credit card numbers, CVVs, or banking credentials on our servers.
• Technical & Log Data: Standard server logs (such as request timestamps, browser type, and IP address) and essential session identifiers necessary to maintain your authenticated login state.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to provide, operate, and improve the Trakkira service:

• To authenticate your identity and secure your private workspace.
• To store, organize, and present your application pipeline, follow-ups, and calendar.
• To execute deterministic Job-Specific Resume Match scoring comparing your resume to job postings you provide.
• To compute personal job-search and recruitment funnel metrics (such as interview conversion rates and stage progression) derived directly from your workspace records.
• To manage your Pro subscription status, billing cycles, and payment-related records.
• To respond to your support requests and communicate critical administrative updates.

We do not sell your personal information or your resumes to third-party advertisers, recruiters, or data brokers.

3. Data Storage, Security & Isolation

Trakkira implements strict architectural controls to protect your career data:

• Row-Level Security (RLS): Trakkira uses PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) policies through Supabase to restrict authenticated users' access to their own application data. These controls are designed to prevent one user from accessing another user's private workspace data. Certain server-side administrative operations use elevated credentials and are restricted to trusted backend processes.
• Secure Cloud Storage: Uploaded resume files are stored in private, access-restricted cloud storage buckets requiring authenticated authorization tokens for access.
• Transmission Security: All web traffic and API communications are encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (HTTPS/TLS).

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We partner with trusted infrastructure service providers to deliver the platform:

• Supabase: Cloud database, user authentication, and private file storage infrastructure.
• Razorpay: Payment processing gateway for managing recurring Pro subscriptions, invoices, and payment verification.
• Hosting Infrastructure: Cloud hosting infrastructure for running our Next.js application servers.

These providers process information according to their applicable terms, privacy policies, and the services they provide to Trakkira.

5. Cookies & Essential Technologies

Trakkira uses necessary cookies and session technologies to maintain authenticated sessions, provide security, and operate the service.

6. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your applications, resumes, and account records for as long as your account remains active. You may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at info@veloxmobility.in. Upon verification, all your database records and uploaded resume files will be permanently purged, subject to any legal or accounting retention obligations required by applicable law.

7. Your Data Rights

Depending on your location, you have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, rectify, export, or delete your data, as well as the right to withdraw consent for processing. You may exercise these rights directly within your account settings or by submitting a written request to info@veloxmobility.in.
